Business Assistance Programs
Lents Town Center is the primary focus of revitalization efforts in the Lents Town Center Urban Renewal Area. A broad range of business assistance programs are available, including low-interest loans, storefront improvement and signage and lighting grants, and grants for adding green features and energy efficiency improvements to your business space. Portland Development Commission is the primary sponsor of these programs and offers assistance in putting together a financing plan for whatever you might need to settle in to Lents Town Center and start doing business.
